Phenomenal service for our business in the Cool Springs Area. I worked very closely with Will, who stayed on the phone for me on several occasions, to really ensure we had a strong strategy going forward. We discussed proper lock protocols in detail, and we reviewed our physical security plan together to ensure it was sound. He did several exterior doors and internal doors as well. We had Access out to fix our European interlock doors. We had sheered off the locking mechanism. Their technician came out very quickly, and he was extremely friendly. We arrived home from vacation late tonight and were locked out of our house with our three young boys. I called multiple locksmiths who either did not service our area (Spring Hill) or could not come until the morning. Finally, I called Access Lock & Key. Despite being after 10PM on a Sunday night, they immediately came to our rescue. The door was unlocked very quickly and they were careful to ensure that we are the rightful owners of our home.
