He did a great job rekeying all of the locks two of which were electronic locksets. He went the extra mile and realigned the doors so the locks fit correctly in the frame and did everything at a reasonable price.

Phenomenal service for our business in the Cool Springs Area. I worked very closely with Will, who stayed on the phone for me on several occasions, to really ensure we had a strong strategy going forward. We discussed proper lock protocols in detail, and we reviewed our physical security plan together to ensure it was sound. He did several exterior doors and internal doors as well. The work was all done in one day at a very competitive price. Additionally, we had a lock out and Will came out in minutes to ensure the business would stay on track for the day. We had Access out to fix our European interlock doors. We had sheered off the locking mechanism. Their technician came out very quickly, and he was extremely friendly. He took our locking mechanism apart and fixed it by filling down the bits and pieces that were broken. We are very very grateful!!!!

We arrived home from vacation late tonight and were locked out of our house with our three young boys. I called multiple locksmiths who either did not service our area (Spring Hill) or could not come until the morning. Finally, I called Access Lock & Key. Despite being after 10PM on a Sunday night, they immediately came to our rescue. The door was unlocked very quickly and they were careful to ensure that we are the rightful owners of our home.
